Tye is the President and founder of Tye Maner Group and is an established trainer of leadership development and sales skills in addition to being an inspiring motivational/keynote speaker. Because of his background in sales and management spanning more than twenty-seven (27) years, Tye adds insight and personal experience to each of his seminars.
Over the course of ten (10) years as an employee of Lanier Worldwide, Tye held a variety of sales and management positions. As an employee of Lanier, Tye won several awards and was regularly the top salesperson, both in his office and his region.
Because of his can-do attitude, he was able to win some of the toughest clients for his company. Herman Miller, a leading furniture manufacturer, recruited him where he worked for five (5) years as a Market Manager. Tye won the Cube Award (awarded to Herman Miller’s top salespersons) for the last four consecutive years of his employment.
As the president of Tye Maner Group, Tye works with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. His seminars are very informative, energetic experiences.
